- GoDaddy — careful not to double-count (appears in PayPal AND personal bank as "PAYPAL INST XFER GODADDY.COM")
- Flywheel — payments TO Flywheel = hosting expense; payments FROM Flywheel via Stripe = client income
- Apple subscriptions — only 1Password, Transmit 5, iCloud+, AppleCare+ are business. Everything else (Apple TV, SoundCloud, Apple Arcade, NYT, movies) is personal.
- Chase card 3469 — zero business expenses, just old SLM Auto Care balance paydown
- Apple Card — almost entirely personal. Only SearchWP ($399) and Apple Watch installments confirmed business.

Gotchas / Lessons Learned
- Always use Google Sheets MCP tools (
getGoogleSheetContent,updateGoogleSheet) — never Chrome DevTools for spreadsheet work - Circular reference trap: When writing a Total formula, make sure the SUM range doesn't include the row the formula is in
- Clearing cells: Writing empty strings
""with RAW mode doesn't reliably clear cells. UseUSER_ENTEREDwith space characters, or overwrite with new data. - Apple purchase history: No native CSV export. reportaproblem.apple.com shows history in browser. Screenshots from Settings > Subscriptions was easiest for identifying subs.
Still Outstanding
- Eric mentioned checking whether the Apple Watch installment was definitely the Apple Watch — he can verify in Apple Card app under installment plans
- Missing Chase 9260 statements for Feb and Oct (not provided, likely no business charges based on pattern)
- Feb Spotify unknown — Jan was on Chase card, Mar onward was PayPal. Feb statement missing so can't confirm. Probably $12.83 but not added without proof.
