How to use this roster
At each phase milestone: - Flowchart approved → flip Flowchart column to ✅ for everything in the chart, ❌ for anything explicitly removed - Wireframes delivered → Wireframes column gets ✅ / 🔄 / ⚠️ as applicable. Add new rows for pages added in wireframes - Design delivered → Design column update - Built → Built column update (per-page, as dev completes them) - Launched → final flip
Before launch: every row in scope must have all five columns filled. Anything missing = something fell through.
