Brand Identity

Approach: Match-existing / elevate. Per the proposal cover page (Kristin): "We'll elevate your existing branding on the site with a strategic use of imagery, color, and graphics to bring depth and interest to the site." Not a full rebrand.

Project Status

2026-05-06 — Project hub scaffolded + REQUIREMENTS.md retrofitted

Backfilled the project notes structure to match the current standard. Built this README from a sweep of: Harvest project cache, Basecamp API, Todoist API, Slack channels, sales-proxy quote (Cumulus tab in 1dV0oHxyeAIQlz511LqO8XiHLIHDE62HZ6WHk_3mGuGM). Migrated the existing notes.md content into the proper homes: flowchart nav structure + site audit + open questions moved to REQUIREMENTS.md; proposal scope captured in this README. Original notes.md repurposed to hold the proposal-scope freeze.

Status: Strategy phase active. Flowchart in Figma. Site audit done.
